Super quickly and briefly:
When you drag and drop a task anywhere, AI is informed that it is your choice to do this task at that particular time (whether it is good decision or not is another question). Anyhow, we have told AI that you rule, so your word is AI's command. It won't question your decisions. So basically, whenever you drag and drop a task somewhere AI labels it as 'Fixed Start' - meaning that the task will, no matter what, start at that time itself. Any other changes in task priorities, due dates, changing plans etc. can no longer affect the timing of such a task. This task starts exactly when you said it would. Period. Want to undo your godlike decision-making? - Click on the task. - In the task detail pop-up, click on the 'fixed start' label. - A pop-up will let you tweak the start time or remove the label entirely.
When talking to Zigzag AI, if you happen to mention something like 'I want to do all marketing related tasks after wednesday' - it will schedule all tasks that fall under that after wednesday. In such a case, AI labels the task as 'start after'. Athough there may be changes in task priorities, due dates, changing plans etc. - but AI , considering your word as it's command, can no longer schedule these tasks before the time you specified. If you want to remove your 'start after' label, then: - Click on the task. - In the task detail pop-up, click on the 'start after' label. - A pop up will open where you can change the start after day / time or completely remove the 'start after' label.
Tasks without any 'fixed start' or 'start after' labels are flexible, i.e, the AI scheduler will schedule them without any restrictions placed by you. It will consider all task priorities, due dates, etc. to make the smartest plan possible —just without any special requests from you.
